EU Ministers for Education, Youth, Culture and Sports Council meet on 23-24 November 2015 to discuss several aspects of migration policy. The Ministers also hold a debate on actions to combat the destruction and trafficking of cultural heritage in conflict areas.

In its sport session, the Ministers adopt conclusions reviewing the 2011 resolution on the representation of EU member states in the foundation board of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the coordination of their positions before WADA meetings.

Youth cooperation is aimed at encouraging young people to spend part of their studies or training abroad, or to volunteer abroad. The objective is that they improve their language skills as well as broader intercultural skills so that they increase their personal development and employability. This is vital at a time of increased youth unemployment.

The agricultural school: a technical school specialising in agriculture, southern Italy, welcomes students from a partner school in the Czech Republic for this international Leonardo da Vinci exchange project. Students visit the school laboratories and greenhouses and meet their counterparts.

The University of Helsinki welcomes some 800 Erasmus students each year. In the welcome fair, different services are offered to the new students. They also receive their Erasmus Student Network card.
