EU heads of state or government meet on 23 June 2017 in Brussels to discuss economic and trade issues. Leaders are reaffirming their commitment to free trade and investment, while ensuring it is also fair and the benefits are reciprocal. European Central Bank's President Draghi is informing leaders about the economic situation. The heads of state and government are also finalising the European Semester process.
Afterwards, leaders are taking stock of ongoing measures to tackle migration issues and assess where further efforts are needed.
Finally, leaders are discussing how to move towards a digital vision for Europe.
