EU Foreign Affairs ministers meet on 11 December 2017 in Brussels to discuss the situation in Iraq, the latest developments in the Middle East and the contribution of trade and investment to development strategies. They are also expected to adopt a Council decision establishing the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO).
